My phone shows full signal but I don’t have any internet access

First of all turn off and on completely your smartphone to reset the connection to the cellular tower.

If the issue persist, if possible insert the sim card in a different smartphone to isolate the issue. If it works in a different smartphone, please check your settings & configuration in your first smartphone.

If the issue persist your plan may have a technical issue. Please contact us as soon as possible with your US phone number and / or (e)sim serial number.
