Why my sim card is still not active?

Some activations requests are proceed manually by a real person.

Depending of the type of plan or sim card you have activation may be proceed during business hours in time zone UTC-7 (California) or UTC+1 (Paris). Your patience is appreciated!

Remember your activation is processed a day before the departure date you indicated during the activation process or within 24 hours for same day activation (12 hours for eSIM).

Feel free to contact us if you think your sim card should have been activated already.
