Why my sim card or eSIM is still not active?

First make sure you correctly followed activation instructions received by email after your order and mail with your sim card.

Depending of the type of plan or sim card you have activation may be proceed during business hours in time zone UTC-7 (California) or UTC+1 (Paris). Your patience is appreciated!

If you indicated today or tomorrow’s date as activation date, activation may take up to 24 hours (does not apply for eSIM).

Feel free to contact us if you think your sim card should have been activated already.
