In addition of your number associated with the sim card upon activation, you will receive a temporary landline or mobile number from your country of origin.
You can then forward your current personal number to this temporary number. It will forward automatically all incoming calls to your phone.
There is no extra cost for you or for the caller. You have to contact your current carrier to know how to activate call forwarding as it might incur a fee.
